About Me

I discovered my passion for photography when, as a child, I described the world as I saw it to my blind grandfather. Very early on, I became interested in architecture and interior design. However, it was much cooler to photograph fashion and that's how I earned my first money. My interest in large-format photography led me to Stuttgart, where I also studied graphic design/photo design at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Stuttgart, Germany.

Following my interest in architecture, I have worked for agencies and clients all over Europe.

With the start of my BFF membership, I founded my own advertising studio in Stuttgart. Focus on advertising, stills, people and architectural photography.

In 2007, I joined Amazon to build the first photo studio for e-commerce photography in Europe. After a 12-year trip across the Amazonian world as Studio Manager, Global Imaging Style Guide Chairman, Senior Art Director for Editorials in Europe and several million of images later, I am now consulting my customers as Creative Business Development Manager.

Combining my experience and skills in the visual world, I am a passionate and enthusiastic out-of-the box thinker always looking for new challenges.
